At our free information sessions you’ll meet members of our bariatrics team, be able to ask questions, and learn all about the bariatric process. The session is meant to be a comfortable way to hear about the available procedures and lifestyle changes that are required to achieve long-term weight loss. Please feel free to bring friends and loved ones.

Insurance approval

Many insurance policies cover bariatric surgery, as long as you meet specified criteria. Our insurance liaisons assist you with the approval process required by an insurance carrier.

Final consultation

Two weeks before surgery you will have a consultation to review the consent form, preoperative diet and any additional preoperative testing.
